NQC second take

When the vote about NQC staying in Louisville first came down, I reported that the vote was 8-0. At the time, the information I had was the best I could get and having done all I could to verify it, I ran with what I had. Today in the mail comes a correction from within the NQC inner circle (by which I mean the NQC board and its advisory board members), where at least one NQC board member is telling members of the NQC advisory board that the vote for NQC relocation was 4-4, with Les Beasley splitting the tie in favor of Louisville (and yes, I realize I considered my first source reliable, too). For what that’s worth.
