Not exactly the king’s highway, but close enough

And now word that Missouri state Rep. Marilyn Ruestman (R-Joplin) is sponsoring a bill to name a highway in McDonald County, Missouri, near the Arkansas border, the “Albert Brumley Memorial Highway” (it’s Missouri House Bill 155, but this is so darn hot it ain’t even up on the Missouri House site yet). Perhaps it would make more sense to name an airport after the man who wrote “I’ll Fly Away,” but no matter. It’s always nice to see gospel pioneers potentially get some recognition.
