OT: John Rulapaugh

It looks like something’s in the air or the water or the conservative kool-aid was especially strong at the last get-together or something … because John Rulapaugh gives Jerry Kirskey a run for his money in his most recent entry: “Even Though I Concede 14-Year-Olds who Commit Murder Can’t Understand the Full Consequences of Their Actions, We Should Put them to Death Anyway Because … Well, Because the Ten Commandments Ought to Be Displayed Publicly Everywhere.” Ok, this is not the real title, but I’m not really making it up either … that’s the essence of Rulapaugh’s argument, or rather “argument.”
