So sue me
SGMblogger recounts his run-in with hyper-legalist protectionism from a radio-station type who raises the specter of legal action for someone like, well …sgmblogger recording streaming audio from an online radio station. Several things spring to mind - not least of all that, just because something hasn’t been litigated doesn’t mean it’s illegal. But mainly I’m struck by a radio-station manager among whose reflexive responses to this situation would be to raise even the theoretical possibility of hypothetically viable legal action. I mean, for cryin out loud … sgmblogger wants to review these stations. And all publicity (you remember this song, right?) … sing it with me … is good publicity.
