<description>I was under the impression that this poem (Should You Go First And I Remain) was Authour Unknown as stated on other sites. ThePoem was recited to me by my grandmother many times before her death in 2003. I have included it in a poetry book project I'm working on for a hope for piblication. Do I have to get permission from the family of A.K. Rosewell to include this poem in my book ? I need to know soon. I was told that copyrights on poetry run out in 50 years. Is that so ? I have titled the poem ( Beyond The Sunset.) which I found the poem titled as with Author Unknown. The title of my book is " Death For What It's Worth, " and has berevement poetry in it written by me for family members and friends who have passed on.
Thank you for your help.
