All the meeting basically did, in my opinion, was just give us a chance to say in person what we keep saying online. Nothing really all that productive, just open discussion, basically.

I was rather disappointed that the only representative from the NQC was Aaron Crisler (no offense, Aaron, the photos look great!). I was under the impression (or at least hope) that either Clarke or some NQC board members would pop their in and share their side.

Oh well....maybe some other time.....

I hope we can do it again next year. I had some stuff I was gonna say but the thing was like an ADD patient, just flipping from one topic to another without warning. Nice meeting the man behind the paper bag, though.

I probably wouldn't (and maybe shouldn't) be invited back to next year's bloggers "meet".. I am really not a blogger.. just someone with an opinion that happens to be active in internet circles.

I am not sure the meeting produced anything worthwhile.. and maybe it wasn't supposed to. I did enjoy getting to see and chat with some people I have admired from afar.

I addressed one subject that I felt was important.. and was allowed to speak my feelings. That's mostly what I wanted to do. I wasn't surprised that I didn't get much support (maybe none) from others in attendance,.. until after the confab,.. in private. That seems kinda two-faced to me.
